I didn't receive a reply to my help ticket

We ALWAYS reply to every help ticket (unless it's spam).

Most tickets are answered within hours.... ALL tickets are answered within 48-hours (unless we are on vacation or it is a holiday)

If you didn't receive our reply it is likely that your e-mail provider has BLOCKED our e-mail to you. In order to continue communication with us, please REGISTER for a support desk account, login, and then submit a ticket. In 48-hours log back into your support desk account and check for our reply. If you are not able to create your support desk account PLEASE get a free www.gmail.com e-mail account for this purpose... it only takes a couple minutes. We look forward to helping you.
